*What should I do if my order payment is declined?

  • Verifying Card Details

    Confirm the accuracy of your card details by verifying the card number, the cardholder name, and the expiry date. Also, make sure the security code (CVV2/CVC2/CID) is entered correctly.

  • Contacting Bank/Financial Institution

    If your payment has been declined during the checkout process, it is recommended that you contact your card issuer for assistance. They should be able to provide more information about why the payment was not accepted and help you update your billing information if needed.

  • Trying a Different Card

    If you have verified all the details and are still having issues with payment, try using a different card to make the payment.
