Shipping Information

 

Shipping fee is complimentary for all orders.

 

Standard shipping time is estimated to be:

• 2-7 business days within West Malaysia

• 3-7 business days to East Malaysia

 

*A signature is required upon delivery for each order.

 

Delivery Schedule and Attempts 

 

We process all orders from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

 

Once the orders are shipped, a shipping confirmation email with delivery details will be sent to you.

 

No deliveries will be performed on weekends or public holidays.

 

Unsuccessful delivery attempts will require 2-3 business days for redelivery. 

 

Due to unforeseeable events, delays may happen, and we cannot provide any guarantees.

 

 

Shipping Limitations

 

1. Purchases cannot ship internationally at this moment.
    

2. Purchases may not be shipped to post office (P.O.) boxes, parcel lockers, parcel pick-up services, or hotels.
    

3. Purchases can only be shipped to one address per order. If you want to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a different order for each location.
