Futrune gives the highest priority to quality control, ensuring that our products are inspected at multiple stages to ensure that you receive them in the best possible condition.

 

Request for return and exchange/refund must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

Accepted reason(s) for return and exchange/refund are as follows:

 

i. Item arrived damaged or defective.

ii. Item that arrived was not the one ordered.


Note: Return request due to change of mind is not acceptable.

 

All items being returned for an exchange or a refund must be in their original condition along with their pertinent packaging materials and receipt. 


 

Initiation of Return Process

 

To initiate the return and exchange/refund process, please contact us as soon as possible by email at hello futrune.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our Customer Care Team will assist you.

 

You may return the item by arranged pick-up at your doorstep by our courier partner. In the absence of a pick-up address and preferred pick-up date, your original shipping address will be used by default. You will be contacted by our courier partner before pick-up, please make sure the package is ready.

 

 

Information Required for Return

 

For any returns, please provide your details, receipt number, reason(s), and supporting evidence (photos of the item and its condition).


 

Exchange/Refund Process

 

Upon receipt of the returned item, if you are eligible for an exchange, we will deliver a new item to your address at no additional cost; if you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a full refund to you via your original mode of payment within 14 days.

 

Note: Reflection of the amount refunded in your original mode of payment is subject to your bank or card issuer's approval process. Refunds given shortly after the initial charge may show up as a reversal rather than a refund. If this happens, the original charge will be taken off your statement but you will not receive a separate credit for it.

 

In case the returned item is not in satisfactory condition or does not meet the conditions mentioned, Futrune reserves the right to make the final decision.

 

 

Return Limitations

 

If you purchase Futrune’s products from unauthorized sources, such as unauthorized retailers or websites, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you any refunds, exchanges, or other forms of assistance.
